Alabama: House approves bill allowing carry in vehicle
The Alabama House has approved a bill that allows gun owners to carry a pistol in their vehicle. The House voted 74-27 to pass the legislation. It now goes back to the Senate to approve changes made to the legislation in the House.

National Public Radio describes its trademark, long-running weekday show, All Things Considered, as a mix of “news, interviews, commentaries, reviews, and offbeat features.”  We can now add “acerbic rants” to that descriptive list, thanks to the outrageous comments of anti-gun Connecticut Gov. Dannel Malloy (D). 

Missouri: Right-to-Carry Privacy Reform Goes to Conference Committee
House Bill 8, a funding measure that transfers to Missouri sheriffs the authority for issuance of Right-to-Carry permit certificates and the permits themselves from the Missouri Department of Revenue (DOR), is expected to be sent to a conference committee.   As previously reported, there have been several reports that the DOR was collecting and sharing personal documents from individuals receiving a concealed carry endorsement with third parties, including the federal government.
